Hello again! If you are here, it's because you probably have read our first post about from where to start in web design (if you didn't, check it out!), remembering that we are assuming that you are an artist or graphic designer and you are learning about web design!
Well, in the second post about this topic, we'll see a way that helps a lot when drawing and planning the websites' layout, and reduce a lot of rework. It's called the wireframe !!
Wireframe is a schematic drawing made with the purpose of showing the website's navigation, it's relations, contents on each page and layout's consistency.
Wireframe also makes it easy to explain interface ideas to the customer, saving a lot of time in case of adjustments and changings.
The prototyping of a wireframe can be made in many ways, but its basic principle is to be simple and quick to create... So you can use a paper, or Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Axure, Omnigraffle... Anyway, there is an infinity of options, just choose one which you feel more comfortable to create quickly.
